Structure refers to the musculoskeletal system, which consists of muscles, fascia, bones, tendons, ligaments, cartilage and connective tissue. The central cause of problems here lie in the muscles, which develop “adhesions” and become tight, twisted, knotted-up, restricted and painful. This results in neck and back pain, as well as pain in joints such as the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle. This also contributes to many forms of arthritis.
In my experience, most practitioners do not deal deeply enough with the underlying muscle imbalances and adhesions. We utilize very advanced soft-tissue techniques such as Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, Applied Kinesiology and chiropractic as well as state-of-the-art modalities such as mineral infrared, cold laser and low frequency ultrasound therapies. This combination enables us to correct these conditions relatively quickly.
