I had been diagnosed with a form of rheumatoid arthritis over twenty years ago, a complicated condition called psoriatic arthritis that disorders the immune system, causing joint pain, inflammation and stiffness (and subsequent muscle pain and tension) and skin problems in the form of psoriasis. When the condition first manifested, I went to several mainstream doctors who prescribed a series of poisonous drugs that quickly began to have a deleterious effect on my digestion and emotional state. After two years of this, during which my confidence in a mainstream approach to my problem was shattered, I began to look into alternative, natural remedies. A friend suggested I see Dr. Mindel.

I first came to see Dr. Mindel 7.5 years ago when I was experiencing severe joint pain, spasms of the back muscles and exhaustion due to a combination of an arthritis flare up and depleted adrenal glands. Two things immediately struck me after my initial visit: the severe pain and spasms were greatly alleviated right away; and his ability to diagnose [problems using kinesiology struck me as the most brilliant and natural of approaches. Regular spinal adjustments keep my spine limber and the effects of the arthritis to a minimum. I recently had a spinal x-ray taken that show little or no deterioration. Six years ago I acquired carpal tunnel syndrome that Dr. Mindel cured in about two months, without surgery or permanent damage, using deep massage and supplements. He is also able to alleviate cold and flu symptoms natural and very quickly. I consider my visits to Dr. Mindel to be the single most important aspect of managing my complicated, ever varying conditions. His flexible, natural, caring approach gives me the best health care I have ever found.

When I came to Dr. Mindel, I had been diagnosed prior by a rhematologist as a having rheumatoid arthritis. I had a very high sediment rate along with the arthritis factor my joints were very swollen – ankles, fingers, knuckles, and knees. I had a problem getting out of a chair, into a tub, dressing, walking etc.
